Cal Club Region’s 1972 A-sedan championship, Dave Eshleman,
competed in his first road race in late 1970 and through the 1972
season has competed in 12 events, placing fifth in class or better
consistently. In addition to his racing record, he is an active supporter
of the Cal Club regional Solo I program, competing in all five events
last year going home a class winner every time. The supervisor at
Hooker Industries in Ontario, Calif., Eshleman plans to compete in
professional and National F/5000 races as well as in A sedan National
competition.
