Bud Morley is a Denver, Colo, lawyer who has been racing with the
SCCA for the past 11 years during which he has held two divisional
championships. With experience in both USRRC and
Canadian-American Challenge Cup racing, Morley in 1969 turned his
attention to the Continental Championship fielding a well turned out
Lola-Chevrolet T142 with what looked like a mile of pin striping. He
finished a respectable seventh in the final standings with his best
placing a third at the Continental Divide Raceways event. For 1971 he
return to the Continental fray with a new Lola T192. However it was
destroyed at Riverside, not returning until Mid-Ohio in July. He and his
wife Suzanne are the parents of a 15-year-old boy and two small girls.
